Keep the lesson for the next incident
Document the choice contract
Define which inputs determine eligibility, when prices recalculate, how options are ordered, and which service identifier must reach the order. State what shoppers see when no option or a rate is unavailable, without promising an unsupported delivery time.
Keep choice fixtures
Save redacted cart, locale, and address-shape fixtures for passing, unavailable, repriced, and changed-selection cases. Assert labels and saved service together. Link the fixtures to the work record so a screenshot cannot hide the actual option inputs.
Define recurrence signals
Reopen review when a selected service changes, a rate differs between summary and order, or a previously eligible cart has no option. State region and fulfillment coverage limits and assign an owner for new rule cases.
What to carry forward
Close learning with eligibility and wording rules, selection fixtures, and recurrence triggers that compare the final order with the shopper's choice. Keep geographic and fulfillment limits explicit so verified examples do not imply universal coverage.
Keep the decision with the work.
Use a Work Item in Aglet to record the problem, the evidence you have, and the next decision. Add an owner and priority, then keep updates in the discussion so the next person can follow the reasoning.
