Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Aglet, the software service operated by Remodeled AI, LLC. By creating an account or using Aglet, you agree to them.
Effective: August 30, 2026
1. The service
Aglet helps software teams collect operational and customer signals, group related evidence, create and manage Work Items, coordinate agent-assisted work, and record verification results. Features may be added, changed, limited, or retired as the service develops.
Aglet does not guarantee that a Signal, classification, recommendation, proposed action, agent output, or verification result is complete or correct. You remain responsible for reviewing decisions and external actions taken from information in the service.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
A workspace owner or administrator controls membership and configuration for that workspace. If you use Aglet for an employer or another organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
3. Your data and instructions
You retain ownership of the data, text, software evidence, feedback, configuration, and other material you submit to Aglet ("Customer Data"). You grant Remodeled AI, LLC a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to comply with law.
You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to submit Customer Data. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, or other regulated or highly sensitive data unless Aglet expressly supports that data type and you have an appropriate written agreement with us.
Telemetry, feedback, repository content, support content, and provider payloads are treated as untrusted data, not as instructions granting an agent authority. External actions remain subject to the workspace permissions and approval controls available in Aglet.
4. Acceptable use
- Use lawful dataDo not submit material you do not have the right to use or process.
- Respect access boundariesDo not access another workspace, probe for credentials, evade limits, or interfere with service security.
- Do not misuse automationDo not use Aglet to distribute malware, spam, unlawful surveillance, deceptive content, or unauthorized changes to another system.
- Protect the serviceDo not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or build a competing dataset from the service except where applicable law permits it.
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or third parties.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Current plan limits and prices appear on the Pricing page and at checkout. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance in U.S. dollars through Stripe and renew monthly until canceled. Taxes may be added when required.
You may cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access through that date. Fees already paid are non-refundable except when required by law or when we state otherwise in writing. Failed payments may result in a grace period, downgrade, or suspension; we will not delete Customer Data solely because a plan changes without providing reasonable notice and an export opportunity.
6. Connected services
Aglet can connect to third-party services such as hosting, source-control, deployment, observability, email, payment, and model providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms. You authorize Aglet to exchange the data required for connections you enable. We are not responsible for a third party's service, availability, or independent actions.
7. Aglet and feedback
Remodeled AI, LLC and its licensors own Aglet, its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other service materials, excluding Customer Data. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.
If you send product suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment. This does not give us ownership of Customer Data or confidential material included with a support request.
8. Confidentiality and security
Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other's non-public information and use it only for the agreement. This obligation does not cover information that is public through no breach, independently developed, already lawfully known, or lawfully received from another source.
We maintain technical and organizational safeguards described on the Security page. No online service is immune from failure or unauthorized access. Contact [email protected] promptly about a suspected security issue.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Aglet and cancel a paid subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens the service or another customer. When practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
After termination, your right to use Aglet ends. Data export and deletion follow the Privacy Policy, legal obligations, and any separate written agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—remain effective.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGLET IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." REMODELED AI, LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ERROR-FREE OUTPUT, OR THAT AN AGENT, RECOMMENDATION, OR VERIFICATION WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.
11. Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT THEY WERE POSSIBLE.
EXCEPT FOR PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS, MISUSE OF THE OTHER PARTY'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED, EACH PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM AGLET WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR AGLET DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Governing law and disputes
Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party will give the other written notice and 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Any court proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Volusia County, Florida, and each party consents to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires another forum.
13. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any signed order or data-processing agreement are the complete agreement for Aglet. A signed order controls if it expressly conflicts with these Terms. You may not assign the agreement without our consent, except with a merger or sale of substantially all assets. We may assign it as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or asset sale. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect after notice through the service or by email; other changes take effect when posted. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
