Help people reach their first useful result and recover from setup friction. Choose a scenario, then the decision you need to make.
Setup abandonment
A new workspace starts setup but stops between creating a project, making a test key, and running the built-in check.
Verification email delay
A person registers but cannot tell whether the verification message was sent, delayed, expired, or opened with an old link.
Invitation confusion
A teammate cannot tell which workspace invited them, which role they will receive, or what to do when an invitation is stale or already accepted.
Empty first project
A newly created workspace or project opens to a blank surface, leaving a first-time owner unsure how to create evidence or reach the built-in check.
Import confusion
A new user cannot tell what an import step accepts, how fields map, what happens to duplicates, or whether a partial result was saved.
Setup check failure
The built-in project check does not reach a saved sample result, or its failure state leaves a new owner unsure what to try next.
Profile completion friction
