Record query, result title, matched field, excerpt, destination, viewport, and the context a person needed. Note whether the issue was missing, misleading, or merely dense. This keeps the lesson tied to a concrete choice.
Compare later result rows
Review another content type, query family, and narrow layout after the change. Look for a new template that still hides a qualifier or an excerpt that adds noise. Preserve a working control to keep the rule bounded.
Refine one review check
Require future reviews to compare snippet with destination, test long and short matches, and inspect narrow truncation. Assign ownership and revisit date. Define the observation that would show the check reduced wrong openings or repeated backtracking.
What to carry forward
The learning record connects one snippet failure to later result evidence and a reusable context check. Stop when another reviewer can apply it to a new content type. Carry forward uncertainty where destination content or localization limits the excerpt promise.
