Keep the lesson for the next incident
Keep the resource evidence
Record event, resource, project, actor, type, thread key, summary, child action, and destination. State what made the events related. This avoids turning a convenient thread key into a universal grouping rule.
Compare later groups
Review another resource, near-match actor, late update, and separate child action after the change. Look for a group that still merges decisions or a summary that omits the latest state. Preserve a working separate path.
Refine one grouping check
Require future reviews to test related and coincidental events, open a child action, and inspect summary context. Assign ownership and revisit date. Define the observation that would show grouping reduced noise without hiding resource decisions. Retain an example where the resource remained recognizable.
What to carry forward
The learning record connects one grouping choice to later resource evidence and a reusable thread review. Stop when another reviewer can apply it to a new resource type. Carry forward uncertainty where platform grouping or late delivery changes the rendered summary.

Keep the decision with the work.
Use a Work Item in Aglet to record the problem, the evidence you have, and the next decision. Add an owner and priority, then keep updates in the discussion so the next person can follow the reasoning.
