Decide where the work belongs
Describe the card risk
Use one selected value and one excluded row to show the card's expected and observed populations. Name the decision or threshold that could change. Record actual card values and filter state rather than estimating the share of report readers who may encounter it.
Compare correction paths
Evaluate fixing predicate propagation, documenting an intentional exclusion, splitting the card into scoped measures, and improving filter labels. For each path, list fixtures, neighboring visuals, historical continuity, export behavior, and owner approval. Preserve a no-change option when the card is deliberately independent.
Choose the queue outcome
Select one bounded action with evidence threshold and revisit trigger: correct mapping, clarify scope, or add a paired card. Attach selected values, included identifiers, and report revision. Leave default filters, grain, and chart interpretation separate unless they explain the first divergence.
What to carry forward
Prioritization is complete when one filter-to-card action has a named decision, owner, evidence threshold, and revisit trigger. Escalate shared propagation changes only when the intended relationship is approved; otherwise make the card's independent scope visible.

Keep the decision with the work.
Use a Work Item in Aglet to record the problem, the evidence you have, and the next decision. Add an owner and priority, then keep updates in the discussion so the next person can follow the reasoning.
